Return Policy If, for some reason, you would like to return the items you bought on TOPGLAMHAIR, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the items. Then please send the items back in the original packaging (insurance is recommended) and we need to receive it within 15 days. Once we receive the package, you will be issued a refund. Refund amount is for item purchase price only. Shipping cost, Insurance paid will not be refunded. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of you receiving your order. If you wish to return items you have purchased from TOPGLAMHAIR but you have failed to inform us within 7 days of receiving the order and 30 days have not passed since you have received your order, a 75% of the purchase price will be refunded only. Items purchased with Sale or Clearance categories if returned will incur 50% as restocking fees. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please contact us before we ship the product as once it leaves from our end we have incurred our cost.
